Natural Astaxanthin Oleoresin has a red or dark red color and is an oil-based liquid with a slight algal smell. Astaxanthin Oleoresin is extracted from cells of toxic-free microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis. To prevent the outside contamination, the algae is cultivated using our patented biotechnology in closed glass photobioreactors system. After harvesting and drying, the fresh biomass of Haematococcus pluvialis is cracked under the conditions of our cGMP-certified plant, and then Natural Astaxanthin Oleoresin is extracted using supercritical carbon dioxide (sCO2) technology. Natural Astaxanthin Oleoresin can be applied in food supplements, nutraceutical products, cosmetics and etc.
